Mick’s service is second to none. He came over the weekend to ensure that we had hot water and heating during a cold spell. His manner and workmanship cannot be beaten it was a pleasure to have him in our house.

Mick saved our bacon this last week, he answered a call at 7:30 in the morning to a sudden broken down boiler and was at our house within less than 3 hours to try and fix it. Mick did everything he could to fix the boiler but due to some badly done servicing done elsewhere, the whole boiler needed to be replaced. Due to it being 2 days before Christmas and shops closing/order cut off points, Mick came out ASAP with his son and fitted the new boiler first thing on the 27th of Dec. They were both so lovely and a hoot to be around, you’ll have amazing entertainment and a great laugh with them whilst they do a bang up job. Unbelievably grateful for their service and cannot recommend them highly enough.

We met Mick a few months ago due separate boiler issues. As soon as I realised there was a new problem I sent Mick a text message and he replied almost immediately. The boiler is old and was causing us issues, we were without heating and have a young child - Mick did his best to try and fix it to save us money just before Christmas but ultimately we had to make the decision to get a new boiler. Mick made us a priority expressing his concern over us not having heating with a small child and has carried out an excellent job! He is efficient, reliable and above all clearly cares about the work he carries out.

We had a water leak in the airing cupboard and contacted Mick and he came round very quickly and fixed the leak.He did a really good job, very impressed with his work. Left everything clean and tidy.Highly recommended and would not hesitate to use him again.

I cannot express how grateful my husband and I are for Michael’s friendly and professional manner and service! We have just returned from a weekend away to find our boiler leaking - it’s Sunday evening and a Bank Holiday weekend. We found Michael’s number on Google, he answered almost immediately and explained he would make his way within the hour. Upon arrival he was quick to diagnose the issue and put our mind at ease within minutes. He’s clearly very experienced and we will most definitely be using his service from now on! Thank you!!!

I can't express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional service provided by Mick from Hydronics Plumbing. On a bank holiday Monday, when it seemed impossible to find anyone available, Mick came through in a big way. My Airbnb guests at my holiday lodge had reported the smell of gas, and I was in a panic trying to ensure their safety. Mick responded to my call immediately and was on-site the very same day. Not only did he quickly address the issue, but he also reassured me and my guests with his professionalism and expertise. Fantastic job by Mick. Replaced our shower and cubicle speedily and efficiently. Took care of all the ordering and didn't run a mile when our saturated walls began crumbling! Nothing was too much trouble and called after the job was completed to check that there were no problems and to call if any issues arised. Great customer service. Courteous and polite and left our home neat and tidy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you Mick!

Mick was the only person to call back when our boiler decided to break down on the coldest day of the year! He came round within a couple of hours on a Saturday and quickly identified and repaired the issue! Friendly guy who knows his stuff. Highly recommended!

Mick replaced our old oil fired combi boiler and tank with a very smart Grant boiler. Mick does everything you'd want from a top tradesman, he arrives when he says he will, tidies as he goes, advises on top products and will make sure everything works before he leaves. He also follows up to make sure all is ok. Really friendly and great engineer.

Mick is excellent at what he does, would definitely recommend him he has serviced our boiler several times and gave us advice on what to do when we had a problem, he recommended a new boiler and he advised us on which one, he then came with his son Sam who is just as lovely as Mick both worked extremely hard to get the job done, always there if you need him nothing is too much trouble a lovely man who is very professional, friendly and good value for money too! Would recommend him to anyone.

If you need a boiler serviced then I would recommend Mick of Hydronics Plumbing and Heating Ltd. As an experienced plumber as well he recently also sorted out a plumbing problem as well as servicing the boiler. Definitely value for money and friendly as well! Thank you Mick.

My parents who live in St Austell, called Mick as they had an issue with their water system, he arrived within a few hours and although a difficult job he offered them his advice giving them multiple options. We had a problem with our boiler, I called mick quite late as was panicking, we have two young boys and had no heating. Mick came out sharpish the next morning, he repaired it within half hour and replaced a leaky pipe. Mick was friendly, great with the kids, punctual and very knowledgeable. We will be using him again to service and repair. 5 stars all the way 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Thanks Mick.

We called mick to come and quote for plumbing to be installed in to the garage for a washing machine and to install a new kitchen tap.He came within the week to price and once we said to go ahead with the works he came and sorted quickly and efficiently.Will deffinatly have him again if any more plumbing is needed in the house.Fantastic service.

Needed an emergency plumber after one of my radiator pipes started to leak. Mick came over as soon as he could and sorted the leak and re pressurised the boiler. Would not hesitate to use him again.

Mick was the only heating engineer to get back to me out of over 10 we tried in St Austell this weekend. Amazing service, fixed the boiler and went out of his way on a Sunday to make sure we had heating and hot water. Can’t recommend Mick highly enough - we will be using him when the time comes to replace the boiler! Excellent customer service and a pleasure to deal with!
